How do I become eligible for exclusive sale access?
Pre-order ‘Who Believes In Angels?’ on any album format from the Elton John Official UK Store before 10:00am GMT on Tuesday 25th February 2025 to be eligible to receive an exclusive sale link for the opportunity to purchase tickets for ‘An Evening With Elton John & Brandi Carlile’ at The London Palladium on Wednesday 26th March 2025.
Merchandise orders are not eligible for exclusive ticket sale access.
You may also register to receive link via the No Purchase Necessary option on the store https://digital.umusic.com/ejpalladiumnpn.
When will I receive my exclusive sale link?
You will receive your link from 17:00pm GMT on Tuesday 25th February 2025, please ensure that you check your junk/spam folders.

When will the pre-sale begin?
Exclusive sale access will begin at 10:00am GMT on Wednesday 26th February 2025.
This exclusive sale is the only ticket sale and there will be no general ticket sale access.
What do I do if I haven’t received my exclusive sale link?
If you do not receive a link by 17:00pm GMT on Tuesday 25th February 2025, please reach out to our Customer Service team by clicking here.
I registered up with the incorrect email address/no longer have access to my email address, what should I do?
A link will still be allocated to the email address that you used to register, if you no longer have access to your email address or used the incorrect email then please contact our Customer Service Team by clicking here. They will try their best to assist but we recommend ensuring your email is correct when registering or making a purchase on the store.
What do I do if I experience technical issues when purchasing tickets?
Demand for tickets to this event is expected to be extremely high and there may be a large volume of people accessing the ticketing website. If you do not receive an on-screen ‘Your order is confirmed (Time to Get Excited)’ message, then your booking will not have been processed.
It will take up to 20 minutes for the site to acknowledge your code was unsuccessful, so please keep trying to get back in again.
Demand for tickets to this event is expected to be extremely high. We are expecting a large volume of people to be accessing the ticketing website during the process. Due to overwhelming demand, tickets may sell out very quickly. Access to the exclusive sale doesn’t guarantee tickets and is only access to the randomised queue through which you will have the opportunity to purchase tickets. If there are any technical issues experienced during the process, we will provide updates as soon as we can on social media.
